HOMELY FOOD AND PAY GUEST ACCOMMODATION
Homely food and paying guest accommodation in Indian villages is yet another area of concentration. Mahatma Gandhi observes, "The Soul of India lies in Indian villages". This particular policy can also help in diversion of certain revenue generated from tourism related activities, in favour of the middle class Indian families who can provide paying guest facilities. It will also help the tourist to sample the real indian life. At present most of the tourism revenue goes to International players.

COST-EFFECTIVE TRANSPORTATION
Cost-effective Transport includes pick-up and drop, sight seeing etc. The tourist needs to pay for the taxi and remunerate the guide. But if you decide to travel with other couples or group of students who currently stay in the village you can save some of the taxi charges.

ESTATE FRESH SPICES AND GENERAL SHOPPING
We have been collecting a list of articles, which are the best and reasonable in India and are in good demand with tourists. Satiate believes in encouraging the tourists to make shopping at the right places and at proper prices. For example, we recommend government shops for handicrafts. And in Kerala we co-ordinate estate fresh purchase of pepper, cardamom and other varieties of spice. The visitor can walk into the farmers house, feel his hospitality and get the best quality spice at the right price. varieties for the benefit of domestic as well as international tourists.

OLD AGE HOME IN THE BANKS OF PERIYAR RIVER

Another objective of the NGO is to promote an old age home in the banks of Periyar River, where the geography and climate (temperature), are always at its best. The home can better help senior citizens, who find it difficult to cope up with the extreme winter in Europe especially in Scandinavia. One can always reach the old age home, the nearest International airport is just 50 km away. The old age home can also generate employment for nurses who otherwise need to go abroad for a reasonable living.
